Day 3
Time Management
- Identify and analyze the major "Time Thieves"
- Get SMART objectives and determine priorities

- Recognise the difference between internal and external customers
- Understand the "Customer - Supplier Relationship"
- Recognise differing expectations of various customer groups
- Manage customer relationships in order to maximise performance
Day 4
Planning Change
- Work targets to meet organisational and customer requirements
- Recognise team members and individual strengths
- Plan and schedule team activities
- Give clear instructions to meet performance standards
Key Performance Indicators
- Select relevant information for performance monitoring
- Maintain up-to-date information and report to management
- Monitor plan vs. actual
- Ensure monitoring system is understood by tem members
- Take corrective action and give constructive feedback
Finance for Non-Financial Managers
