What are the prerequisites?

No previous knowledge is assumed, although a basic knowledge of computers is essential. Participants should work with or manage projects or need the skills required to work in this role in the future

Who is it designed for?

New project managers and team members with little or no project management training who would like to adopt a more structured approach to project management

Who certifies the course?

ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) will issue an endorsed award certificate to participants who successfully complete the action and development plan

Is there an exam to be taken?

No, however an action and development plan is carried out by participants as their end of course assessment

What is the progression route?
