A FETAC Level 5 component certificate in Customer Service is awarded on successful completion of the 3 day workshop

Team Building and Leadership Skills, Selling Skills or Management Supervisory Skills Development

What is the duration?

The course runs for 3 full days from 9.30am - 5.00pm

Is there an exam to be taken?

Yes. Role play exercises, assignment, theory based exam
