Who is it designed for?

Anyone who wants to get started with computers so that they can progress to other courses or just to use it as a hobby or means of communication.

Who certifies the course?

A FETAC Level 3 Component Certificate is awarded upon completion.

What is the progression route?

ECDL Course, FETAC Computer Applications, Webstarter Course.

What is the duration?

The course duration is 12 hours.  The course can be delivered in the following structures:

1 morning per week 10am-12pm for 6 weeks

1 evening per week 7pm-9pm for 6 weeks

1:1 tution, times depend on the student

Is there an exam to be taken?

No; class assignments and continous assessment are the preferred method of assessment
